Sadly, Don, I agree with you. It seems mankind is forever plagued with those
who would rule over others. Are those Who want to be left alone and do right by
their fellows and those who would meddle and degrade and rule two different
species? Sometimes I wonder. The latter do not want the former to find out who
and what they are: sons and daughters of God with the power to create a world
of abundance and peace. The former, knowing the power of that knowledge, create
or interfere with organized systems meant to teach man about his true nature.
These take many forms but religion seems to be one of the more powerful systems
and it is one of the most attacked. Christianity has been widely attacked
because the message of Jesus was simple and direct. Christianity no longer even
resembles the teachings of Jesus, it has been converted into a system of fear,
threats and exclusion. Believe this or go to hell. Believe that and be “saved.”
Those are the techniques of man to dominate others. Recognizing the power of
religion to deliver the Devine message it had to be perverted-and was. Jesus
never said he was THE son of God, he said he was A son of God. That one change
forever perverted his message into what I call the savior syndrome. We, as
sinful wretches, are simply incapable of knowing God. We need a savior to do it
for us. The only effort needed to achieve this is to buy into it. No effort, no
work needed. I know this will offend some of you, but I suspect it is the
reason many are still trying to change their status or correct this or that.
Don’t you see? Those things are the demands of man and HIS system of law. God
doesn’t demand you classify yourself as this or that. He doesn’t create persons
and trick you into believing you are responsible for the misdeeds of a fiction.
He doesn’t demand that you approach him or appear before him as something
you’re not, like citizen or national or any other term of art. He simply wants
you to be as he created you. Man makes these demands and they should be seen
for what they: attempts to diminish your Devine nature, to make you subservient
to man and his law. So, Shining, I asked you what you think you should correct,
the lies of liars? Or would you rather proceed with the knowledge that you are
a creation of God and those things cannot touch you because they were never
aimed at you, they were aimed at a cartoon replica of you. Adhesion contracts,
status, false agreements etc. ad nauseam are all efforts by those who wish to
control you into believing you are something you are not.
