Best to handle all cases in the court and not pleading on the internet.
Circus coming otherwise.

Five w's  need known. Starting with who has present custody and why? What
contract existed when split up or was created at separation?  How long with
present abuser? These are the facts that matter.

Here is the reply from cps as well they closed the fucking case!
I’ll also post screenshots of conversations of them trying to talk sense
into the mother and her flippant smart ass attitude because the dude went
to jail 1 night and she moved him right back in…

It’s the mother’s boyfriend. My friend, the baby’s father and his family
are beside themselves and he battles going over and handling it himself but
then the baby will be left with only this pos excuse for a mother, so he
needs to be out here for his daughter and not locked up for life…
