Armchair (sofa?) judges here, (a plenty) when it comes to the law, forgetting
justice for the moment?!. (Surely there is a law against everything, the likes
of what many of this group seems to be alluding to, if not hoping for, what
that makes such situation, state, or us?!.
Why not be taking this to the "courts" to see where the "law" actually stands
on the matter, (not yet legally authorized?) that we have a legal decision if
not, to prove we do actually support the law, doh?!.
Me thinks, we're not about, or mostly about the law in such regard, that,
perhaps being a good thing, where not actually for politics, if not war. I only
implore that we be more reasonable in such respect, (forgetting "grammar,"
and/or style, for the moment?!) recognizing challenging the law, of a very
serious constitutional violation, of a challenge... would in fact, if not
perhaps, involve breaking the law, (doh?) if not in some small way, for what it
is or should be worth, as actually determined by a true or constitutional court
if not law as for justice.
Back to your "sofas," (or whatever, opinion based if not, fantasy worlds?)
otherwise?. Ahh, of such, choice/s, and law, of "justice," Am I.. .

It should go to court now, at government/taxpayer expense. It should have gone
there in the first place, in such respect. I don't blame the protesters for
that, no. Hopefully, the government will now better know how to do the job and
minimize unnecessary disruptions (including abuses/injustice) related to
"constitutional challenges" if not all conflicts with the law, including with
our democratic representation, whatever could be more democratic, social and to
the legitimate services of a state, of justice -- or, it would be of mere law
if not dictatorship, if not worse. Everything of Hitler's was "legal" in Nazi
Germany, indeed.
Be aware of what is entailed in being more reasonable and just, that we
wouldn't fool ourselves (lie further, and be even worse, how that goes) and
give up freedom for a false security.
I figure my recommendation answers to as much, as much as anyone's, unless,
anyone can propose a better idea as to serve justice, if not merely to such
situation that we have before us, say, over the law in conflict? Best not to be
punishing only the protesters, otherwise.

The least the government could and, in my view, should do is pay the
protester's legal/court costs, and the protesters, to take it up in court, an
open, as honest and public reaching court/forum, that we would learn what we
need to understand, (of the evidence) and develop from as much, that the
"reasonable" would present if not prevail in such respect, how better if not
best.
The government should have provided this option/forum from the get-go,
especially on "constitutional matters," (what we're dealing with, let us more
than hope, to our understanding) to have avoided the whole debacle, and others
going forward, that justice and democracy, yes, (beyond the law, and politics,
otherwise) would be better served, and not as a burden on the individual, (of
who actually did what, and truly what for) of "justice," what I if not many,
embrace of as much.

[I] Figure, we need a better, more open and honest and accommodating
"court/forum" of communication, and reconciliation, including support in such
respect, (the more it reaches on constitutional matters, what is most important
to the law if not democracy, the better, whatever else should matter, how it
does) or, we're somewhat all complicit if not of our failure(s)/injustices, and
should be treated, accordingly, if not how things are proceeding, otherwise
I expect "more problems" where we don't heed my/our demand(s) for justice.
These problems we are having could have if not should have been avoided in such
respect. We need to move forward from as much, all of us. I recommend paying
the protester's legal costs in such regard, if not, whoever else's, that
"justice" would be served, what, most importantly.
I'm not saying the protesters won't be having to cough up something, what they
owe, to what harm, specific to the evidence, that they, whoever, have done.
People should have to pay for the harm or damage they have done, not others.
This, justice shouldn't have to be such a burden on us as individuals. I hope
we all understand as much in moving forward in such respect.

You mean, fleeing from censorship and abuses of injustice, (and/or, that which
is not very, reasonable, if not reasonable enough) like we don't have that
here, what we always need to be working on in such regard, and to minimizing
the "politics" that is too prevalent everywhere, (of what you speak, of?) if
not more and more, "here."
We need to be vigilant in such regard, and work more and better on our "system
of justice," (as diminishing as I find it is becoming, if not otherwise,
whatever else should matter, not to be of a, hive, if not worse, how that
eventually goes wrong) even more than the "law" (mostly of the group, of
politics, and a superficial democracy if not, false justice) that it would be
as reasonable as it can be, also if not especially for the individual, of
justice, as of and for one and all and a true democracy in such respect.
I primarily care that we make things better where we are in such respect,
whatever might exist anywhere else, if not to what we truly do and can do and
should do in such respect, in making "ours" a better, more understanding and
just world.
Figure I'm not finished yet..
Champion of Justice, regardless of the phony? otherwise.. .
People don't like to be singled out as "liars," (how they lie) if not worse,
because they feel everyone is a liar, of sorts, (from reading the news?!) if
not of politics, and take issue (how they do) at being singled out or
prioritized (as of politics, but what else) in such regard, if not for the lack
of, understanding-more and, true justice, if not merely in such respect.. . So
merrily I Go.

On Constitutional matters, (what we're dealing with) if not in all matters of
conflict, the state (of voters and taxpayers, etc.) must "pay" the legal/court
costs. Or what little would a state/gov. truly be worth or good for, if even
democratic, as to matters of "justice," whatever else there should be, as
compromised if not processing abusive if not part of the problem as it would be
if not is, otherwise?
If this recommendation was instituted before, none of what happened would have
transpired, (logically) given a more considerate and logical and democratic (as
public reaching) forum in such regard, as to representing and serving justice
to the individual, (of one and all) as to what is more reasonable to resolving
such issues, that are happening.
Let's not get it wrong like how the political, (or whatever, otherwise) too
often does of their, political and not so much about "understanding more"
biases and agendas.
It needs to be open, as honest, (and of our true efforts at communication in
such respect) especially as to understanding more of justice, that the public
would be informed and better rectifying of what needs it, and not be part of
the problem as with mere politics.
Champion of Justice
Keep up the fight..

Realistically? I expect them (the political, government) to "pay" their
legal/court costs, (fighting for the constitutional! and a real democracy, in
such respect) if not everyone's legal/court costs, that deserve it, (me,
especially, as needed?!) and make the whole thing as transparent (honest) and
far reaching as possible, that the electorate might become smarter, and
minimize the disruptions/nuisance inconveniences, etc., and move to something
better, (as for a more reasonable law, forum and, democracy! umm, real
democracy as of and for one and all, including, why they are doing what they
are doing, as individuals of the facts, of justice, not to be "smearing" the
other, if not, worse? Yikes?!) yeah, of "choice" if not merely such choice(s)
of reason/ing (beyond the dumbing down, of, official languages and those laws,
etc.? Gottcha?.) if not of intelligence or where as much (encompassing such, of
C/choice) takes things.
Or what? More stupid, political choices? "No," thank-you. I can represent
myself and don't need the abusive, "otherwise." I'd like as much expanded upon
if not better institutionalized, as to be more what our government should be
about and doing in such respect.
