As far as I can tell there is NO CUSIP number on the birth certificate.
I did not find a CUSIP number on my BC. I found the CUSIP number on the
Mutual Fund that held my BC..
My BC is/was lodged at Fidelity Fraudnancial and the CUSIP number is in
part or in whole the number of the FUND and that included the "year of my
birth".
Shortly after I printed that out they closed access to the records.
