Subject: NOTICE on New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Rabner
Dear Mr. Mayor and other Public Servants,
On two occasions at Ocean City City Council, i have stated that the Chief
Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court is acting everyday as a felon, guilty
of Official Misconduct, based upon my reading of the current communist-based
1947 State Constitution and upon the autocratic actions of Chief Justice Rabner
in his willful failure to obey the statutes regarding the required oaths of
allegiance and office that shall be subscribed by every attorney-at-law before
he enters his office. (at BAR admittance)
I have further mentioned similar failure to the Councils of North Wildwood and
Wildwood Crest regarding their ineptness and failure to act regarding their
willful neglect of their own sworn and subscribed oaths, which are "under the
authority of the people", to ensure that their current City or Boro
Solicitor/Prosecutor as the case may be, abides by law when they appoint an
attorney-at-law. (based upon the last time i inquired officially)
Their Solicitor/Prosecutor continues to act officially and draw tens of
thousands of dollars of public funds whilst this situation remains willfully
uncorrected for months by the requisite Mayors and Councils of North Wildwood
and Wildwood Crest as they are commanded by law to ensure their
Solciitor/Prosecutor is lawfully sworn and subscribes prior to entering upon
official duties for their respective municipalities.
That said prosecutor is a party to just some of the malicious prosecutions,
false arrests, and imprisonments, etc. i claim have occurred to me since 2017.
Therefore, i must conclude i am immersed in a criminal State, dominated by
unlawful attorneys and judges, and not rather under the exercise of the
legislative watchful eye of the people faithfully elected to legislative
office, which appear to me to be hobbled by those very same unlawful attorneys
and judges and further which are either unwilling or unable to take corrective
actions, leaving themselves open as well to Official Misconduct assertions.
For these reasons, and others mentioned in the past, i have filed the TORTS i
have, expecting the Good Lord to show me how to cancel these unacceptable
Governments, even up to the Supreme Court of New Jersey itself.
my current understanding is that all administrative judges in this state are
supposedly sworn and subscribed to obey the law, not to make law themselves to
suit their own purposes and desired outcomes and controls on society, causing
harm to me and others in the process.
(of which every judge in New Jersey is acting administratively, not judicially)

3. The Supreme Court shall make rules governing the administration
of all courts in the State and, subject to law, the practice and procedure in
all such courts. The Supreme Court shall have jurisdiction over the admission
to the practice of law and the discipline of persons admitted.
