Besides minor traffic tickets, disorderly conduct is the worst I have ever been
charged with.
While researching Judicial Corruption in Dakota County, MN I was arrested for
Disorderly Conduct.The charges were eventually dismissed for lack of "Probable
Cause"(meaning it was bullshit from the start), many months later.
At one point in the process, I told the judge, "Being Charged with the Crime,
is the punishment"The wrongfully charged person's life is turned upside down,
sleep lost, stress endure and money spent on lawyers"You judges know this and
it is your intent to keep the sheep in line when you don't immediatelydrop such
charges and punish those who brought the charges.
I feel your pain, been there done that.
Those were my thoughts.
