The CongressionalSession scheduled for December 11th will be a combination
live,physically attended session and a Live Video Conference over the internet
usingthe ZOOM.com system. The physical jointsession will meet in Keene,
Texas:

This will be the fourth session of the 26th Congress. This month we will
start at 9:00 AMwith a non-denominational prayer session. Attendance is
voluntary. We will start the morning off at 9:30 A.M. attending to our
Congressional Agendaand the business of the legislature. That should take us up
to recess for lunch.
Returning from lunch we will start the Open Public Commentsession. We have
tentatively scheduledBonnie Allen, RT Counsel General, and David Straight,
Commander of the Republicof Texas Texian Rangers to the first two speakers in
the Open Public Commentsession. This will be a live physicallyattended Session
of Congress that will also have virtual attendance withZOOM. The complete
session including theOpen Public Comment Session will be available on ZOOM.
However, should there be any business thatrequires confidentiality for security
purposes the ZOOM audio may be silencedtemporarily during such discussion.
