Charley, is this how you set up a case w/the Court of Claims?
I want to have a claim/suit ready to go in case the IRS seizes their
$5,000.00 frivolous penalty against my girlfriend. She is afraid they are
going to steal her stuff. Would you help me to put a case together pending
any extortive act on the part of the IRS?
