I think hes asking for help from the people here who are good with the
paperwork and court documents, to come up with a game plan, and compensation,
to help get him out of the situation hes currently in, before his freedom and
dignity are taken.

BOTTOM LINE: Presently, I am under community control (probation) a minimum one
year/ maximum 5 years, at the subjective discretion of my unforgiving P.O.
This came about due to a "plea bargain" of sorts that I was forced into through
direct threat, while under constant duress, AND by means of occasional coercion.
I'll spare you all the details for now, but the long and short of it is
I was "voluntold" to accept TREATMENT IN LIEU OF CONVICTION by the Attorney my
family pushed on me.
One of My primary issues is that while being randomly screened for clean urine
at least once per month, the administration of these tests have been ESPECIALLY
invasive and traumatizing.
Twice already in the 6 months ive been on this program, they have performed
everything short of a deep cavity search, having multiple officers inspect my
groin, my underwear, my pants and my private parts for several minutes.
Historically, I have a solid tolerance for pain, a good support system, and a
well-rounded proactive approach to my life that has served me well for many
years-- but this has been so EFFING taxing on my soul and I have become this
unrecognizably beta, perpetually anxious basket case. I have nightmares and
daymares about this situation i'm in.
In order not to be imprisoned, i was given the impossible choice of one year
in prison or otherwise sign ALL my privacy and due process rights away to the
Adult Probation Dept, where they have cart blanche to enter my home, confiscate
my property, without a warrant, without oversight. And the drug screening
process is but one extension of this mandatory waiver.
I absolutely need someone to take the reigns and directly help me get back to
my regularly scheduled life. Whatever flat donation the masters that be at
Sovereignty International deem adequate, I am ready to put together ASAP.
