evidence that the junior librarian was lying to the Sargeant and to the head
librarian.
any claim of my jurisdiction would have been ignored at that moment.
the library is public property, and the policy of free printing was
undisputed. the junior librarian just was protecting what in her mind were
public assets taht i was not entitled to.
was the answer be arrested and then file a claim for damages?

During my arrest and imprisonment advised leo that I do not consent to the
arrest and why, and i insisted on being peaceable carried everywhere from
the police cruiser, into the cell, up to see the judge (next time I would
wait the full 72 hours and see what happened), to the wheelchair as I was
wheeled to exit and lifted into police cruiser. I further refused to
sign any documents, even when retrieving my personal belongings at exit.
I believe my CQV account was charged by jail for each lift…..the sheriff
showed me the paperwork, and he had a smile on his face as he must have
earned a commission bonus from the paymentand said I didn’t need to sign
those since I refused to cooperate.
Consent is so key to their claim of right to harm if not objected to, imo.
