All I've seen: The Constitution of the United States of America. This is for
all free Americans.

Then there is: The Constitution for the United States. Which  includes
legislative law and the constitution and for the subjects. The reason I do not
use codes or court cases and most of the constitution.

was the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNTITED STATES OF AMERICA ever modified into the
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES?

If so, when, and why and by whom?
