Hey CSN Community!
I hope you have been well. We have some exciting news for you with some
updates and enhancements so pay close attention for just a minute! These
will affect you!
1. Most importantly we have created a Private Member Association
agreement to formalize our private contractual relationship which takes us
out of the regulated 'Public' realm and into the 'Private', legally and
officially. You'll see this on the 'Terms' page of the main website.
Shortly that agreement will be available in the CSN Community in the
Community Center on the media tab if you wish to print out a hard and
official copy for yourself.
2. This agreement also creates an option (Clause 6.4) for people who
only want the access and benefits but not the obligation to make referrals
and do 'networking' God forbid! They can still join and be exempt from the
networking expectation of referrals but they will pre-pay up to Level 3 on
their upline. So they can still get access to all benfits for only $175
out of pocket and you may very well benefit from this with a $25, $50 or
$100 donation.
3. By way of this new option and terms of agreement, we have solved the
issue of people in your team who are dead in the water and not doing
anything.
Here's the jist of it: We have two networks. Network #1 is the current
existing network that consists of active members who are pro-active in
building a team. To remain in this 'Active' network where they may benefit
from spillover from their upline and/or automatic placements of new members
being assigned by the system, which many of you have benefited from, New
members are expected to show some sign of life and have at least 1 referral
in 30 days and a minimum of 2 referrals in 60 days. For those not meeting
that low standard, it's OK. They are not active and don't belong in the
Active network. So we just move them over in the 'Inactive' Network #2
where there will be no spillover or automatic placements and they can just
enjoy the educational benefits in the CSN Community Center.
What this will do is to compress your team matrix to consist of largely
those who are active and engaged in the program which means we will all
advance quicker in the system. I hope that makes sense and that you
approve.
4. Did you notice some of the changes on your Dashboard? They might be
subtle if you're not paying close attention but some of the text on the
menu buttons is more user friendly and intuitive. Also, some programming
has been done to help people see the 'Starting Instructions' first when
they sign in for the first time. This will help avoid confusion and
frustration when people first log in. We hope this will help your
retention rate for new members.
