Shelters aren't going to have that much better of «living conditions» than
simply sleeping in one's own car if one even has a car in this day and age;
furthermore, they ask for government-issued I.D. because, according to their
own reasoning, they want to make sure that they aren't putting up a felon or
something, although I suspect there are deeper-layered reasons that are
probably related more to population-control;
I am also of the opinion that you are better off finding a farmer or farming
community or something of that nature which will most-likely be out at some
rural-location rather than sticking around the «city slicker» areas; if you're
not willing to move to a different state or at least to the country-side, then,
your options are limited if you wish to be able to avoid interacting with
anybody who is connected or associated with the slave-system; and most of my
ideas tend to be very unconventional and probably not suitable for her.
You should probably also be clear on exactly what she needs help with, and,
exactly how can her skills help others as a means of negotiating such exchanges
? From the sounds of what you have described, her situation sounds like that of
someone who is homeless, who has no job, nor money to pay for anything, nor any
«official government-issued I.D.» for which to apply for either job or
benefits; IF that is the case, then, honestly, the FIRST thing that needs to be
done is to stop thinking conventionally (such «conventional-thinking» is what
plagues the world with in-the-box-thinking which is why so many problems
continue to proliferate and persist). IF, for some reason, I had to go back,
and, re-do the homeless-style life I once lived, with what I know now, based on
previous-experiences, I would try to ramp-up my negotiation-skills, seeking out
which-ever place or places had rooms to stay or at least a place to shower in
exchange for which-ever work I could assist them with (such as at a
not-too-corporate hotel or motel; fortunately, I have work-experience in such
an industry, and, thus, I would know already how to do their house-keeping
tasks without needing for them to spend too much time on training), many
restaurants are often busy and even have difficulty keeping their dish-washers
employed so dishes could be washed each day in exchange for something to eat if
a not-too-corporate preferably family owned restaurant could be located, none
of which should require any «official government-issued I.D.» IF you can get
them to trust you and be willing to work with you (and, remember, the «work»
you do for others DOES NOT NEED TO BE COMPENSATED IN THE FORM OF MONETARY
PAYMENT!!! Like I mentioned, rather than working for money, work can be done
for food, shelter, a small plot-of-land upon which to grow food if they're
willing to let you set-up a green-house and tend to the plants, supplies rather
than money, etc.).
Building up a good profile-reputation is probably also a good idea, similarly
to how I once kept track of all of the different people and companies and
employers and so-forth whom I once worked for, this sort of thing can be done
for ANY sort of «charity work» or «contributing to society» work she has done,
for example, just yesterday, I cooked up a bunch of skewers or kebabs or
shish'kebabs or whatever it's called (a combination of chicken and
pot-roast-meat) that I brought with me to contribute for a local pot-luck that
the local Mormon-church usually holds around here every 3rd Sunday of each
month, and, provided that I keep track of this, I can always add it to a
«resumé» repertoire with the exact date, time, location, etc., as part of my
profile-history, which I can then continue to build-up for future
social-negotiations-power, should I so choose (not that I currently need to,
but, this should provide a good example of how to at least start building up a
good social-reputation even if you are not an official church-member since I'm
not; I just happen to know a few people who attend there and stop by every now
and then as a visitor).
Heck, that «Cooking with Kblaze» name as sender also reminds me of a time,
when, back when I was coming up with various ideas as to figure out how to live
the homeless-life in the most-productive and efficient-manner, I even one time
posted a Craig's List ad where I offered to both cook and clean the dishes for
who-ever would offer me letting me eat with them, for as long as they provided
the food and a kitchen for which I could work my cooking skills, and, I indeed
got inquiries, even managed to cook for a family who enjoyed the food,
finishing up by cleaning up all of their dishes for them, then, went on my way;
obviously, in this day-and-age of potential scammers and who knows what kind of
Tom, Dick, and Harry might be out there, this is why you set-up and establish
your SOCIAL-REPUTATION as part of your «negotiation-skills» so that you CAN
«provide references» for people whom you've done «work» for in the past, EVEN
WHEN THAT WORK WAS IN NO WAY CONNECTED WITH A GOVERNMENT I.D. !!
Okay, I think that should be more-than-enough information to get you started,
now, just get started !

I have a friend just west of Atlantic city new Jersey who is suffering in her
living conditions. She was trying to get her status right and remove herself
from the slave system. Without government id she can not get help from shelters
and such.
Does anyone have experience with this type of situation? Any recommendations or
ideas?
She is about 40-50 years old. Puerto Rican and has great knowledge of herbs,
diet, and the body.
