Sally, is this behavior occurring in multiple applications? Have you attempted
the keystrokes in more than one program, such as Word, a web browser like
Internet Explorer, notepad, etc?

JAWS will not read with up or down arrow, only continuous reading with Insert
+ 2. Neither can I read forward or backward a word.
Does anyone know what might have happened?
