I really like the pin idea! Our logo could look really nice on a pin, and it
would make a nice keepsake. Probably a little more wearable than an ACWE
cardigan in Austin. 😉
Something we could also consider: certificates of appreciation at 5 years?
Maybe a framed certificate at 15? The certificates would be fairly inexpensive
to print, and you can buy pretty decent frames in bulk at a good price, too.
