Hello Band!
As I mentioned in my last email, we are assessing member interest in
getting together smaller ensembles. The hope is that these groups will
rehearse this fall and perhaps play for some of ACWE's holiday concert
bookings. Please follow the link below to indicate interest. The board will
open lines of communication between interested parties and facilitate the
formation of the small ensembles.

Our Holiday concert dates are listed below. Many of these concert times are
TBD.
- November 28 - Zilker Christmas Tree Lighting - the Sunday after
Thanksgiving is the traditional time. We have reached out to the
organizers and expect to hear back from them in September.
- Friday, December 10 - Unity Church of the Hills- call time and start
time TBD.
- Sunday, December 12 - Covenant United Methodist Church - This still
needs to be confirmed.
- Tuesday, December 14 - Westminster Manor at 7:00 p.m. - Confirmed -
Indoor performance.
- Saturday, December 18 - Episcopal Church of the Resurrection - 6 or 7
p.m.
