Morning all,
Today's 11 am Board call is the first one since last week's AGM and 'Clean Air
Day' webinar, so we have those to review. On the webinar, unfortunately we had
some audio issues with my microphone. At the start, some minutes passed where I
was speaking and no one could hear me and I wasn't aware of the problem at
first. This was the first time we didn't have any talking among the presenters
prior to the start time, which would have caught the issue. It's very
frustrating that this occurred and there are a few things to implement to
ensure it doesn't happen again.
You'll have seen an email exchange with Kate Pangbourne regarding her joining
the Board. She is interested and will join us next week. Related to that after
she asked about directors' liability, I did some research on insurance and will
report back on that.
Lastly, Sian Fox and Anna Newey have suggested a topic for a future webinar.
