Yeah, go to settings, general, accessibility, voiceover, languages and dialects. From within here, go to the voice you want to adjust the value of, select the more info button for that voice, and term high-quality on. If it doesn't work, turn it off and then back on again, and when it doesn't say preparing to download anymore, go to it again with the flick up or down and it should sound better.
