accessible-iOS Re: Disappearing bar in Safari

Hi Alex, and all.
Yes the address bar and the search bar are now unified. But, I think the issue
here is a new feature in Safari. To make use of the entire screen, when
scrolling down a page, the address bar, and tabs at the bottom are now hidden.
I think a 4 finger tap at the top or bottom of the screen will take one to the
desired controls though.
