accessible-iOS Re: Disappearing bar in Safari

From what I understand there is only one search field in iOS and if you type something that is not a website it will be searched for on google and if you type a website you will go to that website. So one field does both things.

I have not noticed the problem of which you speak. However, I have found that the Google search field which used to come up on any Web page is no 
longer there. Was this removed in iOS 7?
