Hi Josh. I, and I imagine others, are probably a little confused. Is it, or
is it not against the rules to post messages received from apple support. I
agree with you but could go either way. If you want to add it to the rules,
I'm good with it.

Hi,
I know this hasn't been mentioned before, but I would like to request that
people not send support emailsthey receive from Apple accessibility to this
list. They don't do a lot other than to upset people too upset and to be
honest, really don't add a lot of value to the list.
