accessible-iOS AirDrop not working

Hi
Can someone tell me how to make airdrop work so I can test it by sending
something from my iPhone to my iPad?
It just has a placeholder for someone's name on both devices which means that
they are not seeing each other & wifi & Bluetooth are enabled on both when I
test it. I tried this morning.
