[accessible-android] Another Phone Answering Query

Have been able to extend the time of the ringer to 25 secondswith a code my provider gave me. 

However after 5 rings the ringer goes silent.
How can I turn this feature so that the ringer continues to sound?
Would this be a network or a phone feature?
