Off hand question - what is the length of the actual ringtone sound file/tone?
If it's short, then maybe the issue is to do with repeat, whereas if you chose
something like an actual song/tune that itself was longer it might carry on
playing?

Have been able to extend the time of the ringer to 25 seconds with a code my
provider gave me.
However after 5 rings the ringer goes silent.
How can I turn this feature so that the ringer continues to sound?
Would this be a network or a phone feature?
