[accesscomp] Windows Live Messenger and sending nudges

I am using JFW 10 with Windows Live. When I go into the message field for a
contact, I can't seem to send a nudge. This is not with everyone, just certain
people. I don't even get any kind of error message, I just can't send nudges.
Sometimes, this clears up once we are actually talking. How can I fix this
issue? Thanks.
