I received a response from Theophilos after I sent a email to the list, so I
am placing it below.
I just thought I would pass the below info along just in case someone else
might find it helpful and want to make a purchase of the software for
him/herself or someone else. :)

Theophilos 3.1.6 is the latest version.
I think you are confusing two different products and assuming they are the
same. The "Download All" product allows you to download and install any book
from our website that you would normally have to pay for. Installing those
books requires you to first download the installation program for the book
from the website, then run the downloaded installation program to install
the book, then go to the Program menu and select Unlock Add-on Module, as
you mentioned in one of your questions. When you purchase the "Download All"
package, you will get an email that describes how to unlock those modules.
The second product is our Scholar Edition CD. It does NOT contain all the
books that you can download from our website. It just includes the specific
titles that are listed on the site. You will get a CD along with
instructions on how to unlock the content when you order the CD. While the
CD does not include all the books that are available on the website, it does
include a few locked titles beyond what are included in the price. If you
purchase any of those books, you merely have to enter the unlocking codes to
access them, since you'll already have them. But again, the CD does not
contain ALL of the books that are available at the website.
I don't have any experience using Theophilos with a screen reader, but it
should be the case that there's nothing different about any of the content
on the website or on the CD that would cause your screen reader software to
work differently.
If you order one of our CDs, the installation program gives you the option
to install all of the books from the CD onto your hard drive.
None of the user-uploaded content you see on the website is included on the
CD. If you want any of that, you'll have to download it.
The CDs include some content that is not available from the website. In
particular, it includes a larger selection of narrated passages than you can
get when you download the program from our website. It isn't anywhere close
to the whole Bible, but rather it is about 40 selected passages from
throughout the Bible. It has some illustrations and comic strips that you
probably can't make use of. It also includes some music tracks that frankly
most people don't even know are there. :-)

Hi Theophilos,
I'm Alvin, a totally blind user of your software. I have been using your
software for a while now as an aid in my Sunday school lessons.
I am thinking about purchasing the full paid version of Theophilos. I just
have a few questions.
I am using Windows 8.1 with NVDA and Jaws for Windows 15 screen readers with
Version 3.1.6 of Theophilos.
1. I am running Theophilos 3.1.6 with the free downloads. Is this the latest
version?
2. Can I unlock the full paid version without having to download the various
files from your website? I see a section under program menu labeled unlock
add-on module.
3. Also I see that you all sell a CD. Does this have everything the website
has to offer, and is the content of the CD accessible with a screen reader?
Also, can I install the content from the CD onto my hard drive if I desire,
or is the CD needed to use the various modules?
4. Will the user uploads be included in the full version or will I have to
install them myself?
5. Last question, I saw two prices for the full version download. One had it
listed at $127.99 and the other $139.99 I believe. Which is the correct
price? :)
