hahaha steve, i meant that. and have done it. my brain told me
sfc/scannow, my fingers typed a disc fix command.

HI all.
can anyone shed light on what this means? it comes up whenever i try to
copy from my c drive to my external drive:
Microsoft Windows

the details screen gives the following:
Error Report Contents
The following files will be included in this error report:
C:\DOCUME~1\User\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8b21.dir00\Mini102109-04.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\User\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8b21.dir00\sysdata.xml

and finally, where would i find the error logs to diagnose what on earth is
going on? would sfc /f command from the run dialogue cure this issue?
