[access-uk] windows error?

HI all.
can anyone shed light on what this means? it comes up whenever i try to
copy from my c drive to my external drive:
Microsoft Windows
The system has recovered from a serious error.

the details screen gives the following:

and finally, where would i find the error logs to diagnose what on earth is
going on? would sfc /f command from the run dialogue cure this issue?
