[access-uk] windows 10 question

Hi,

I have a congratulations for reserving windows 10 in my in box. It says I don’t
need to do anything but wait for the windows 10 to be downloaded to my
computer. How do I know when this happens? I have been waiting now for three
days and I’ve had nothing, am I missing some step I should of done to make this
happen? Any advice gratefully accepted.
