Billy, can't comment on all screen readers, but I can say that NVDA works fine 
with Windows 8, and now 8.1. It was about the first screen reader to get to 
grips with Win 8, as far as I know. As for the touch interface, I believe 
that's on the way, though for me it isn't exactly vital.

hi guys, Great to be back. I have just purchased a new Toshiba laptop computer 
running windows8 operating system. 

I'm looking for help from visually impaired list users of win8. 

I am alos wanting to know, what screen readers work best with the windows8
