Again, a very judgemental approach. what about people who cannot use
anything other than a letter box due to where they live? Have nowhere things
can be left? need to be out for hospital appointments, or dare I even
suggest work? My whole point is that everybody is different, and what works
for you doesn't work for everybody. We are all different. I for one, have a
mixture of formats for my different magazines, depending what they are!

Cheers
Dave

Dave says

"You are simply going to have to realise
that what I and no doubt many others are saying is true."

No, what you say, or what i say, is an opinion.

"Some people who are Braille readers find that the Braille won't
fit through their letter box, and would rather have it delivered in a
format they can have delivered any time. In fact, many get them by email
now."

And how many of those receiving via email, are then reading same jn
Braille!
Well I am positive, most on this list, are not reading emails in
Braille.

"Others do it simply because it is quicker to listen to something
than it is to read it in Braille. Others because they can put it on a
portable device and listen to it on the move, or even read it on a Braille
display without having all the bulk. Others do it so they can keep back
copies for longer."

And others because to lazy to read Braille.

And just for record, the letter box issue is a pathetic reason not to
have hard copy Braille magazines..

I don't have a letter box as I had it sealed.
But i have absolutely no problems receiving Braille books or even
parcels when I am out.

I have a wooden box in my porch, and mail is left in the box.
If I have to be away few days, I use Royal Mail's "keep safe" service.

Regards, Derek
