Hi Justine,I'm still waiting for mine. I rang the on line banking people about two months ago and asked for a voice card reader. The lady didn't seem to know what I was talking about and I got shifted from one department to another and was finally told that they couldn't order me a voice reader yet but would put on my record that I needed one. I'm still waiting. Maybe it's time for another phone call me thinks ! !
