[access-uk] urgent router problem

hi all.
i have a strange problem going on with my router.
when i connect my ethernet cable from my isp to my netbook i get the
expected speed what i should get but when i put the ethernet cable to
the router and connect the laptop to internet to vifi i get very slow
speed i have done a factry reset and configured the router to the
proper settings but still the problem is not solved
