[access-uk] tv on your pc

Hi folks
I'm looking for a program to watch and record programs onto my PC.
Ideally I would like it to support audio description and be able to
have the eloctronic program guide to select recordings from. I don't
mind if it is just software based or if it needs a card or dongle
etc. but it must be accessible using jaws, I use jaws 9 with windows xp.
All suggestions appreciated.
