Hi Henry,
You could download the relevant guide in pdf format and then load it into a
pdf reader and then save it as a text file; that's how I've acquired my
i-device guides.

I am starting to learn how to use an Apple Mac book pro. I can find lots of
podcasts on relevant topics, but I would prefer text rather than audio
format owing to my hearing loss.
Please could anyone signpost me to accessible tutorials or guides which are
