It's working here, I'm afraid. The error message would be consistent
with some failure to connect using the new BBC security measures. This
should be fixed by updating your Windows and .Net installations, I
guess: I know that sounds like the standard response, but really, this
means part of the underlying infrastructure does not support
connecting securely to the BBC, and on my machine this was fixed by
upgrading to .Net 4.8. I'm on Windows 10.
