Hi Mo, tried that but sadly no change. There wasn't anything in the first location, but two in the second, and I deleted them and rebooted. I wonder if it's something peculiar to Iplayer, as the live radio app still works.

Hi.

If it's not working for you, you could try deleting any folder relating to accessible web IE and web IE in the following locations.

%appdata%

and:

%localappdata%

You can access the folders by doing windows R and pasting the above folder names into the box. Then press enter. Deleting the folders should clear any previous settings you had for the older version. Perhaps a function should be added to the program if it has not already to clear all previous folders and preferences? Please note that the above procedure may also delete settings for other web IE programs.

Very best wishes,

Mo.

Sorry John, not sure whether it works on Windows 10. However, I do know from friends who have tried it, the download feature does not work now. John.

Hi John, I too downloaded it from the webbie home page, and, as mentioned by
Alistair I have net framework 4.8. The only thing he mentioned that is
different is that I'm running Windows 7. Does it now only work with windows
10? and one more thing I'd like to know is can you still download, or is it
only for listen again.
John.

It is also working for me. I went to Webbie's homepage and simply downloaded BBC 11. Have just tested it again this morning and it is still working fine. John Wells.

Hi David, yes, I am. There's nothing blocking it, and previously it had been
working like a dream. Why it's working for David griffith and not for others
is a mystery. If anyone has any bright ideas what the secret is to getting
it working again it would make my day. It was a great app.
John.

Hi group,
Is anyone else getting this error please?
I have upgraded to the latest Webbie radio program and updated the .Net as
requested, plus rebooted a couple of times.
David

BBC iPlayer Radio cannot access the Internet. Either you are not online or
something is blocking it. Make sure you are online and that your firewall is
not blocking the program. Error: The request was aborted: Could not create
