Hi Dave

Well, I'll be finding someone to take me to somewhere where I can drive it myself.

I can't see at all, and haven't driven a car for quite some time, but will definitely be having a drive of this when it is back on the road.

Terry,

When the MGB is finished, let me know and I'll come and drive it for
you!

Don't be a spoil sport like everyone else lol I always offer to drive to
the pub, but none of my mates will let me.

The only time I get behind the wheel now is at the fairground! Dodgems!
oh sorry, I forgot, your MGB has chrome bumpers lol.

Cheers

Dave

Hi David

By unregistered, do you mean with the MGB club?

There is a fair bit of work to do on this car, though it has previously
had all welding done, and has smatterings of surface rust here and
there.

Brakes don't work, some lights, starter motor won't turn as yet,
interior needs completely replacing. But hey, it should keep me busy
for a while.

Terry

Hi Terry:

A device, whereby a sound is omitted from an audio oscillator when
two
electrodes are put onto two points between which there is electrical
conductivity.

BTW: which year and model is the MGB?

Terry:

Surely all you need for that purpose is a continuity tester?

Hi Andy

Is it easy and straight forward to use? I'm not that electrically
minded,
so would need something quite straight forward.

I'm restoring an old MGB, and would like to be able to check wires
to
find
out where the faults are.

Thanks.

Terry
