[access-uk] spybot problem still.

hi guys, still having the same deleting spyware using spybot 1.3, and Jaws 5.
Running XP Home.
Still getting the following error message, when trying to delete after scan.
Error Message. This aplication has failed to start, because gtools.dll was not
found. Reinstalling the aplication may fix the problem.
But it doesn't I'm afraid.
Any Ideas please.
