Hi,
Chromecast is a lot cheaper at 30 quid a go. You can put one in each room,
connect it to your wifi and then cast from your phone, whether it's iOS or
Android. Each chromecast can be given a name, so I have Living Room,
Bedcroom and Computer Room. I can then say to my Android phone, Play Yellow
Submarine In The Living Room and it will.
Try that with a Sonos <Smile>.
The down side to Chromecast is you need to plug it into a speaker or a pair
of headphones, or a hifi system, the Sonos have their own speakers, but they
are way more expensive than a couple of chromecasts.

well sorry to say it is to do with access as you need to use an app on
the phone to be able to use and set up the device. you also have to
connect these speakers through wireles as well.
anyway sorry to have upset some of you by asking about sound systems
