It depends on what your looking for. Are you just looking for a basic USB
corded handset? a desk phone or a cordless model. They all varies and some are
just plug and play, some use special software which integrates with Skype, so
there is a compatibility issue there as well, you might want to use it with
other services as well as Skype so this has to be taken in to consideration.
