[access-uk] sky help please

Hi,
Please can any one help me?
We have got sky at home, but what I would like to do is set up an account on
the web with sky so I can record TV programs remotely.
As my mum pays the bill, has the account got to be in her name or notso I can
do that as I can not see the TV screen?
