[access-uk] Weird Soundtaxi problem

Hi all,
I've a fully legal version of Soundtaxi Pro. I'm trying to convert my
Audible books, so I can listen to them on other players that don't support
DRM.
Thing is though the converted files are coming out with no audio in them. I
emailed tech support about 2 weeks back and heard nothing. Bit erked about
that but before contacting them again I thought I'd try here, in case
someone here has had this happen before?
Thoughts?
