Hi,

an alternative to putting everybodies address in the
to field, which has the undesirable effect of
distributing everyone's email address far and wide is
to but all the addresses in the bcc field, and send to
message to oneself (a message has to be sent to
someone).

For example, in Outlook Express:
1. Create a new message.
2. Open the Select recipients dialog from the tools
menu. Tab three times to the list of contacts, and
select them all using ctrl + a. Then tab to the bcc
button and press it. Press enter to ok the dialog.
3. You're returned to the to edit box in the message
window, where you can enter your own email address.
4. Write message and send.

David.

Brian,

In Outlook 2003 or Outlook express, you could go into
the address book,
select all the contacts and send a message. The exact
steps will depend
on which application and whether you prefer shortcuts
or menus. Here's
how to do it using menus.

Outlook Express
From the Inbox, open the Tools menu and choose Address
Book.
Open the Edit menu and choose Select All.
Open the Tools menu, then the Actions submenu and
choose Send Mail.

Outlook 2003
From the Inbox, open the Go menu and choose Contacts.
Open the Edit menu and choose Select All.
Open the Actions menu choose New Message to Contact.

Steve
