Brian,

If you have a look on my Website at my first Internet tutorial, you will find out how to do this. It's in Section 8.

The site is at:

Subject: [access-auk] sending Email to multiple contacts

I have been in contact with someone who wishes to send each of her 100 contacts an Email notifying of a change of Email address. Does anyone please know what is the quickest way of being able to do that aside from typing all the names of the contact which is obviously going to take some time to note down and subsequently enter?

Thank you.

Brian Hartgen
