Tristram, This issue over blank messages. To me, this message was blank and when I checked the encoding in the View menu it showed up as "Unicode (UCF-8). The message you sent at 10.16 this morning was readable. The encoding in that message was checked as "ASCII". And not Western European-Windows. Does this give you any clues?
