Hello Tristram -
I hadn't been on the S&S website in a long time, before yesterday, and had
no interest in the Esys display, I was just checking the upgrade price for
jfw 9 to 12, and seeing if it was now possible to do an online purchase as
this didn't use to be the case last time I bought an upgrade.
I went as far as to put the upgrade in my basket, and that is when I
discovered that Esys display was also there. The strange thing was that the
actual basket price only showed the amount for the upgrade, and didn't
include the cost of the display, even though it showed the quantity as 1 for
the display. When I clicked the remove from basket for the display, and
clicked the update button, my basket came back as empty, so the JFW upgrade
had been removed. This is why I was being critical of the website -
