Do you want to copy them to something else or just delete them all off your 4s? As for a reset, that's pretty easy. Go into Settings > General and right at the bottom is Reset. You have, I think, six options to reset in there and the first is what you want. Tap that and confirm that you want to reset then let it do it's stuff.
