Hi Steve,
You and me both. That said, I'm really hacked off with Royal Mail's
cow-towing to the franking machine people and allowing them to give huge
discounts on postage.
For small businesses it is NOT always a cheaper option by the time you pay
your monthly machine fees, etc..
I shall really, REALLY be upset if they discontinue SmartStamp since so much
of our system despatch process revolves around it.

Hi George,
Are you saying Smart Stamp is being depricated? I use it all the time and
love it. But if you can't subscribe any more, I guess they are killing it, are
they?
All the best
Steve

We use Royal Mail's SmartStamp software. However I've just looked at their
web site and it seems they are not currently issuing new subscriptions.
Saw your next post re Dymo labels. Do you know what model you have? We have
both a 200 and 400 series, and you can certainly print quite wide labels for
addresses if needs be.

assuming i'm right which i think i am, what sort of label printer does one
have to use for this andhow does one weigh one's item that one wants to post?
