Hi, I've just successfully downloaded a book from Audible. The only
change was that IE this time gave me a security dialogue where I'd to
click the allow button (Alt a) for IE to launch Audible Download Manager
and start the download.

I spoke to a audible technical person who (with my consent) screen shared
with me with mixed results.
He did manage to get the book downloaded and then the system went screwy
again.
I had to do a forced shutdown as the guy started to invade private
Folders and deleted an audible system file in programme files.
He was a bit perplexed that I did so but I told him why and put the phone
down.
